Prayers Welcome

I love this picture of Dave and Holly. Tomorrow Holly will have surgery on her left arm to move a trapped nerve. Those of you who know her, know that music has been her life. For the past year she has not been able to play more than 5 minutes without her hand going numb and having considerable pain. What has been so frustrating is that several doctors told her to just rest it and all would be well. She did that along with physical therapy and other prescribed treatments. It took Dr. Dinsdale who never gave up and especially Dave's cousin, Gene, who is an exceptional surgeon in California, (thank you Aunt Chris for speeding things along) to diagnoise the real problem which was a trapped nerve. This was confirmed with testing and the only cure is surgery. Dr. Sheridan is doing the surgery and we feel she is in good hands. He is the surgeon for the Diamondbacks and has done this surgery on a lot of pitchers. Holly will have at least 3 months recovery where she is not allowed to even pick up a violin. Dr. Sheridan assures us that she will play again and will not have any further problems. I believe him but please....prayers are welcome.
